Water Rate Increase

It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Mayor and Council that the following changes are made to the City of McIntyre Water Service Ordinance beginning on January 1, 2024:

Rates Effective January 1, 2024

Residential minimum is set as:                                      $20.00 – up to 2000 gallons

Residential over 2000                                                          $2.20 per 1000 gallons                                              

Commercial minimum rate is set as:                           $30.00 – up to 2000 gallons

Commercial over 2000                                                          $2.20 – per 1000 gallons
